The new workstatt AI consultant
Admittedly, we at workstatt are quite tech-savvy and enjoy developing our own software and hardware.
We've now launched an experiment with our proprietary AI advisor to understand whether artificial intelligence can be helpful for our customers. The AI advisor helps them quickly find answers to questions or check the status of an order.
ChatGPT is an AI model that can conduct conversations. At workstatt, we use similar technology for our AI consultant. It can access data from the shop to provide answers based on factual knowledge, for example, from our products or workstatt's own knowledge database.
It's important to us that the AI consultant can contact customer service if they can't answer any questions. This ensures that we can always address questions and issues.
PS: If an answer is incorrect (which can happen in rare cases with AI), we would be especially happy to receive a message.
