Ensuring your work environment is optimally equipped is our top priority. With such an important undertaking, it's understandable that some questions might arise. We're here to help and address your concerns!

When will I receive my invoice?

You will receive the invoice in a separate email after your products have been delivered. This happens regardless of the payment method you choose. So, the invoice should arrive in any case.

How does payment in advance work?

The outstanding amount should be transferred as soon as possible after placing your order. Your order will only be shipped after receipt of payment. The account details can be found in the order overview immediately after placing your order. There will be no additional payment request. Payments made in advance may be subject to a discount. Further information can be found in the order confirmation email.

How does shipping work when paying in advance?

As soon as the invoice amount has been received in full, we can process your order. After packing, the goods will be dispatched immediately. You will receive a shipping confirmation via email informing you of the processing time and the arrival of the products.

Is it possible to get discounts?

Of course, it's possible! For larger orders — five or more chairs or tables — you're welcome to contact us without obligation. Simply send your inquiry to: info@workstatt.de.

How and when will my office chair be delivered?

We generally ship office chairs fully assembled in a box. Our service partner, GO! Express & Logistics, will deliver the item to your doorstep and hand it over to you. You will receive a phone notification prior to arrival. You can see the approximate delivery time when ordering the product in our shop.

How and when will my table be delivered?

We generally ship office desks unassembled in two packages. Our service partner, GO! Express & Logistics, will deliver the item to your doorstep and hand it over to you. You will receive a phone notification prior to arrival. You can see the approximate delivery time when ordering the product in our shop.

Does the delivery time remain the same for larger quantities?

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee this. Due to the additional workload our shipping partner GO! Express & Logistics is facing, if you wish to order, for example, ten tables, delivery may be delayed, and the stated delivery times may no longer apply.

Are the products available in other colors or designs?

The products are generally available in all colors and designs listed on workstatt.de. Other models are available upon request and for an additional charge. Simply send a non-binding inquiry with your first and last name, address, and telephone number to info@workstatt.de.

Do discounts and promotions apply to all versions and colors of a product?

Discounts and promotions apply to all products and designs explicitly listed on our site.

What if the product I want isn't listed in the shop?

If your desired product isn't listed in our shop, please send us an inquiry and perhaps we can still provide you with a non-binding offer. Your email to info@workstatt.de should include your first and last name, address, and telephone number.

Can I try out the office chair?

No, unfortunately, test-sitting isn't possible at the moment. Should this change, we'll let you know here.

Can I view and try out the products before purchasing them?

No, unfortunately, that's not possible at the moment. If that changes, we'll let you know here.

Which casters should I choose for office chairs?

In general, soft casters have become the standard. They were originally designed for hard floors like parquet or laminate, but they also work perfectly on softer surfaces. Exceptions include very soft or dense carpets, other extremely soft surfaces, and deep pile.

Either way, we recommend using a floor protection mat on hard floors to prevent even the smallest damage.

Can I use the chairs on parquet floors?

Yes, as long as you've selected the appropriate casters. For hard floors like parquet, these would be soft casters. However, we generally recommend using a floor protection mat between the parquet floor and the chair casters, as even with soft casters, damage cannot be completely ruled out.

Can I return a product if I don't like it?

Yes, it is generally possible to cancel the purchase contract. This must be done within 14 days of purchase, and a shipping fee of €79 will apply. While this may sound like a high amount at first, it doesn't even cover our own return shipping costs. You can find our cancellation form here, or you can also send us an informal message.

How can I complain about a product?

If a product is damaged, you can of course file a claim. To process your claim, we need the order number, photos, a description of the situation, and — most importantly — the product label! Simply send the information by email to info@workstatt.de.

When are deliveries processed?

We process orders daily from Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Under normal circumstances, this is done in the order in which orders and payments are received. Delivery times are given in working days (Monday to Friday).
