workstatt Analytics uses sensors to measure directly in your work surfaces. The sensors are tuned to temperature changes and are specifically designed to measure the presence and movement of people. They are used to measure whether someone is using the sensor-equipped work surface and, if so, how many people are using it. Our sensors are precise, robust, energy-efficient, self-sufficient, and secure.

How can I see the results?
workstatt Analytics uses a proprietary software solution to analyze data from your work environments. We offer a suitable, proprietary software solution for presenting the results, but other formats are also possible upon request.
How secure is my data?
workstatt's proprietary analytics service naturally meets all common requirements for data security and functionality. The collected data is not personally identifiable and is available exclusively to your company. Upon request, we can also implement this on your system.

What is the pricing model?

workstatt Analytics offers two different pricing models. You can either rent the sensors on a monthly basis or purchase them, which still includes a monthly base price per sensor. Please let us know your requirements and wishes, and we'll prepare a quote for you.

When can I expect results?

The first results will be available after approximately 2-3 months. However, to obtain the most meaningful data, we recommend a duration of at least 12 months, although continuous monitoring is also possible.

Can data other than workstation utilization be collected?

Yes, of course, that's possible. In addition to workstations, workstatt Analytics is also suitable for meeting rooms, meeting booths, hallways and corridors, open spaces, as well as coffee corners and canteens.

Is workstatt Analytics data secure?

Our extensive experience with large corporate IT systems ensures the highest level of data security. For example, processing takes place in German high-security data centers certified by TISAX.

Do I have to combine an analysis with a consultation?

No, the consultation is optional. However, the combination of both has been proven to produce the best end results.
