The story of the Vitra Toolbox RE begins in 1963 with the birth of Arik Levy in Tel Aviv. Since 2000, he has worked for Vitra in the Paris studio "L design" and, in addition to the Toolbox, has created numerous furniture pieces such as chests of drawers and cabinets. With over 70 exhibitions, more than 30 awards, and iconic projects such as the Atomium in Brussels, Levy is one of the most influential designers of our time.
